Everything started 7 years ago, being unhappy with the ”quality, service, hygiene and behavior” of the existing restaurants in Sihanoukville, so we felt we had to do something about it. Most of the restaurants that were considered good kept failing and had no consistency!!! It was all about making more money and they didn’t care about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
Since we are very picky with our food, we were almost never happy with the existing restaurants so we decided to create a new brand with a promise that we will not act the same as others, nor treat guests like others. We will not use cheap ingredients, we will not serve small portions to cheat guests . We also promised that we will always serve the way we would like to be served from A to Z.
So since we are not cooks or chefs, (but we are gourmets )we just love to prepare and eat good food.For that goal in mind, we have hired 2 professionals to do the job, from Turkey and Italy, paid for their passports, transportation, accommodation and all other expenses.Their job was to teach Cambodians (our local staff) for 1 year how to prepare and cook the way it should be.
Since then our local Cambodian staff have been preparing your food and passing the knowledge to the other Cambodians in the last 6 years.
Due to high demand we have recently opened our new branch in Phnom Penh under the supervision of our excellent master Italian chef, Mr Luca Rogero. Since our goal is not all about making money like some others but serving “Healthy & Hygienic Food” , all our guests have been realizing and appreciating this mentality.
We only use seafood and vegetables from trusted local suppliers and the rest of our ingredients are imported. We use beef from Brazil, Australia and New Zealand, lamb from New Zealand, extra virgin olive oil and pasta from Turkey, everything else is mostly from Italy.THAT’S WHY WE HAVE BEEN THE BUSIEST and MOST PREFERABLE RESTAURANT in Sihanoukville and aim to continue the same success in Phnom Penh as well as our future branches.
