who we are
Everything started 4 (four) years ago, with being unhappy with the ”quality, service, hygiene and the behavior” of  existing restaurants in Sihanoukville, so we had to do something about it.
Most of the restaurants that were considered as good, were keep failing and no consistency!!!
All was after making more money of the guests and didn’t care about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, so we had to do something about it.
Since we are very picky with our food, we were almost never happy with existing restaurants so we had to do something about it.
We decided to create a brand and promised that we will not act same as others, not treat guest like others, we will not use cheap ingredients, we will not serve small portions to cheat guests and we promised that we will always serve the way we would like to be served from A to Z.
So since we were not cook or chef, (but we are gourmet 🙂 we just love to prepare and eat good food) we had to import professionals to do the job,
We have paid for the passports, transportation, accommodation and all other expenses of Two (2) contracted professionals from Turkey and Italy, their job was to teach Cambodians (our local staff) for One (1)  Year how to prepare and cook the way should be.
As since last Three (3) Years our local Cambodian staff has been preparing your food and has been passing the knowledge to other Cambodians with pleasure.
Since we were never after making money as other Restaurants and we were only after eating and serving “Healthy & Hygienic Food” , All our guests have been realizing and appreciating this mentality.
We only use seafood and vegetables from local trusted suppliers, everything else, all our ingredients are Imported.
We use beef from Brazil, Australia or New Zealand, Lamb from New Zealand, extra virgin olive oil and durum wheat from Turkey, everything else is mostly from Italy.
